1. Service Description
Skindraft ("Service") is an AI-powered tattoo design platform that transforms your stories and ideas into custom tattoo art with cultural awareness and AR preview capabilities. The Service is operated by STUDENT Inc. ("Company", "we", "us").
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. Account Terms
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
4. Subscription & Billing
The Service offers the following plans: Free ($0/month), Basic ($4.99/month), Pro ($7.99/month), and Unlimited ($9.99/month). Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the billing period.
5. AI-Generated Content
You retain ownership of all AI-generated tattoo designs created through the Service. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, cultural appropriateness, or suitability of AI-generated designs for any particular purpose. Generated outputs may vary and are provided "as is". We recommend consulting with a professional tattoo artist before getting any design inked.
6. Usage Limits
Each plan has specific generation limits: Free (3/month), Basic (30/month), Pro (100/month), Unlimited (unlimited). Unused generations do not roll over to the next month.
7. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
8. Refund Policy
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. No pro-rated refunds are provided for partial billing periods. If you experience technical issues that prevent use of the Service, please contact support for assistance.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, any damages arising from tattoo designs created using the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
